Export certificates issued by MINCOMES (Ministry of Foreign Trade) authorizing the export of agricultural products to third countries during its period of validity. If they are fixed, they determine the rate of refund to be applied to the export refund. Certificates must be requested within the second day following the completion of customs formalities.
