Territory subject to the application of the Community Customs Code, not coinciding with the sum of the territories on which the Member States exercise sovereignty, since exclusions of areas belonging to the various national territories are envisaged and, on the contrary, inclusions of territories that are not part of the Member states. It is compulsory and uniformly applied to the Community customs legislation.
